Is your Forwarded email not showing up in your Gmail inbox?

If you have an email forwarded to Gmail, it may not appear at the top of your email box. It may go to a folder named "All mail".

This has been a problem with Gmail for some time. Google says it's because of a filter, but this is simply not true. You can have NO filters and this still occurs.

Here is a thread explaining

And Google's response

The best way to avoid this is to set up a POP account within your Gmail. You are allowed 5 POP accounts within Gmail.

We can do this for you, for 1/2 an hour labor charge ($30). We simply need access to your website's cPanel and the password to your Gmail.

You say that the business is for sale for $2800. Can you give me an idea of what the equipment and inventory cost would be. And please give me a list of what this consists of.

// - For the $2,800 you are basically buying the client list. We do linen and laundry for between 10 - 12 hotels, guest houses and residence apartments (We even did a 34 room river boat for about a year). I have attached our billing for June (last month). You can see it generated about $2,100, that can be over $3,000 in the high season.

Is the business being sold as a going concern? If so what is the cost of rent and associated costs per month please?

// - The reason we are selling the business is, it is located on the top floor of my 28 room hotel and we want to build more rooms. Simple as that.

You say that turn over is up to 3000 a month. Can you give me a better idea of income please. What was your annual turnover from July 1 2015 to June 30 2015

// - I will get these figures together for you

You say that the business is fully staffed, so does this mean that you don't actually work in the business?

// - I think we currently have 9 or so staff (I have over 60 total, so I don't keep up with it on a day to  day basis). You can take the staff or you can leave them, up to you.

Please give me a better idea what your costs were for the same period as above. Including wages etc.

// - Salaries were $1,220 last month total. Landry manager $300 (she has 14 years experience at a 4 star hotel and has been w us almost 3 years), $250 for tuk tuk delivery and the rest of the staff makes either $110 or $120 each.

Electricity is $200 - $300/m (we have the laundry metered separate from the hotel. Soaps and softeners I think are around $200/m

So net profit probably averages $1,500 over the course of the year, high season through low.

If you are not working in the business full time may I ask what is your reason for selling?

// - Mentioned above, want to use the space to build more rooms, I've attached some pix so you can get a visual of why we need the space.

You say you have contracts with some hotels. What would happen with these contracts if you sold the business?

// - You or whomever would need to maintain the service. Again, that's kind of what you are buying is an up and running business that generates a profit.

These are the questions I have for now. If you can answer to the best of your ability I'll have a much clearer understanding of whether is like to proceed further.

// - I've done websites for 15+ years, the business also comes with a website, Facbook page, Google+ page, and yp.com.kh page. The website is the #1 listed website when you search for 'hotel laundry phnom penh" and many other search phrases.

// - Would be fairly easy to expand the business, we get 1 - 2 inquiries per month from hotels with 20 - 80 rooms. We just don't have the room to put more equipment.

Let me know if you have any questions. I'm happy to answer.
